An Satay (/ˈsɑːt/ SAH-tay,sa USA ini/ˈsæt/ SA-tay), o sate sa Indonesian asin Malay na pagbaybay,sarong putahe sa Southeast Asia na sinarasahan, skewered asin inihaw na karne na may sarsa.
